El general Porfirio Díaz en su despacho presidencial, donde daba Audiencia pública a los ciudadanos, todos podían hablar con el y exponer sus molestias,en horario de 9 de la mañana a 3 de la tarde, desde que el General Díaz, renuncio, (a excepción de Lázaro Cárdenas en algunas ocasiones), ningún otro Presidente a vuelto a dar Audiencia Publica- Fotografía de 1908.
